In the context of the Platform, Purposed Solutions, Inc. acts as a Service Provider or Data Processor. The local church (our Client) is the Data Owner or Controller. This means the church determines what data is collected from its members and visitors, and we provide the tools to manage and protect that data.

We collect information in three ways:

  • Information You Provide Us: When a church signs up for our services, we collect contact and billing information (name, email, address, and payment details).

  • Information Collected via the Platform: When church members or visitors interact with your church through the Platform (e.g., filling out a "Plan Your Visit" form, signing up for a small group, or responding to a text), we collect:

    • Contact information (Name, phone number, email).

    • Communication history (SMS and email interactions).

    • Involvement status (Visitor, member, volunteer).

  • Automatic Information: Like most digital platforms, we automatically collect certain technical info, such as IP addresses, browser types, and usage patterns to ensure the security and performance of our Platform.

3. How We Use Information

We use the collected data strictly to:

  • Operate and maintain the Platform.

  • Facilitate automated discipleship and follow-up pathways as directed by the Client.

  • Manage managed services (Google Ad Grants and Social Media).

  • Provide technical support and training.

  • Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraudulent activity.

  • To provide and maintain our Service: Including monitoring the usage of our Service.

  • To manage Your Account: Giving You access to different functionalities available to registered users.

  • To contact You: By email, telephone, or SMS regarding updates, security notices, or informative communications related to the contracted services.

  • For business transfers: We may use Your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, or sale of Company assets where user data is transferred.

  • To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your inquiries to Us.

We do not sell your data or your members' data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

After a designated period, we will securely delete the data from our active systems in accordance with our internal data destruction policies.

Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a church collects data from minors through our Platform, the church is responsible for obtaining necessary parental consent.

  • Correct inaccurate information.

  • Request the deletion of your data.

To exercise these rights, individuals should first contact their local church. As the Service Provider, Purposed Solutions, Inc. will assist the church in fulfilling these requests.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will notify our Clients of any significant changes via email or through the Platform dashboard.
